รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ชี้แจงแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนโครงการจัดตั้งศูนย์กระจายสินค้าสหกรณ์ และตั้งโรงคัดแยก-บรรจุภัณฑ์อย่างเป็นทางการในจังหวัดละ 1-2 แห่ง โดยกำหนดให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อเป็นสถานที่รวบรวมผลผลิต การกระจายสินค้าและการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าต่างจังหวัด.
ด้าน นายณฤทธิ์ บุญชัย รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ เผยความคืบหน้าการเตรียมความพร้อมจัดตั้ง ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าสหกรณ์ ภายใต้นโยบาย 1 จังหวัด 1 ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าฯ ภายหลังการประชุมชี้แจงแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนกับสหกรณ์จังหวัดทั่วประเทศผ่าน ZOOM Meeting เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ โดยระบุว่าตนได้สื่อสารทำความเข้าใจกับสหกรณ์จังหวัดทุกจังหวัด ถึงไทม์ไลน์ในการขับเคลื่อน 3 เรื่อง ซึ่งอยู่ในเรื่องเดียวกัน โดยเรื่องแรกขอให้สหกรณ์จังหวัดทุกจังหวัดจัดหา ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าสหกรณ์ จังหวัดละ 1-2 แห่ง ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับศักยภาพและความเหมาะสม โดยคัดเลือกให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่รวบรวมผลผลิต การกระจายสินค้าและการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าจากสหกรณ์ในเครือข่าย ทั้งในพื้นที่และต่างจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ รวมถึงภาคเอกชน เพื่อที่จะรับสินค้าจากจังหวัดอื่นมากระจายในพื้นที่จังหวัดของตนเอง รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ เผยต่อว่า ส่วนเรื่องที่สอง การจัดตั้งโรงคัดแยกและบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือศูนย์ทรีดเม้นท์ ซึ่งเป็นการคัดเกรดผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อการส่งออกและกระจายไปยังห้างโมเดิร์นเทรด โดยศูนย์ทรีดเม้นท์ดังกล่าว อาจตั้งอยู่ภายใน ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าสหกรณ์ ก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของศูนย์ฯนั้น ๆ โดยเบื้องต้นจะดำเนินการนำร่อง 20 แห่งที่มีความพร้อมก่อน โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวง เกษตร ฯ อาทิ มกอช.
กรมวิชาการเกษตร จะมาถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้กับพนักงานประจำโรงคัดแยกและบรรจุภัณฑ์และพี่น้องเกษตรกรสมาชิกสหกรณ์ อย่างเช่นที่ตราด เพชรบุรีหรือที่สุราษฎร์ฯ เขามีโรงคัดแยกบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้มาตรฐาน GMP ก่อนส่งออกหรือก่อนกระจายสินค้าไปยังห้างโมเดิร์นเทรดต่าง ๆ โดยเริ่มแรกจะเน้นที่ผลไม้ก่อน ซึ่งการคัดเลือกให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันศุกร์ที่ 29 พฤษภาคมนี้ อย่างไรก็ตามให้ทำความเข้าใจกับสหกรณ์จังหวัด คือการสร้างแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ หรือ “E-Catalog” ในการซื้อ-ขายสินค้าสหกรณ์ เป็นแพลตฟอร์มใหม่ที่มีการนำเสนอสินค้าเด่นแบบเรียลไทม์ในแต่ละจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ เพื่อนำมาเสนอขายบนออนไลน์ โดยจะต้องเป็นสินค้าที่มีอยู่จริง ในขณะเวลานั้น ๆ ซึ่งขณะนี้อยู่ในขั้นตอนการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลรายละเอียดของสินค้าที่พร้อมจะคีย์ลงบนแพลตฟอร์มใหม่ในทันที หลังการดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ“ขณะนี้กรมฯได้สร้างแพลตฟอร์มใหม่เป็นแพลตฟอร์มซื้อขายสินค้าสหกรณ์ คล้ายๆ ลาซาด้า ยังไม่ได้ตั้งชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการ ลักษณะเป็น “E-Catalog” จะมีการลงข้อมูลจังหวัดไหนมีข้อดีอะไรบ้าง ที่สำคัญเป็นข้อมูลเรียลไทม์ เป็นสินค้าที่มีอยู่จริงทุกชนิด อย่างเช่น จำปาดะสตูลที่ควนโดน สินค้าสหกรณ์เขาดัง ตอนนี้มีของขายนะก็อัพโหลดรูปจำปาดะ ราคาข้อมูลต่างๆ ติดต่ออย่างไร โทรไปสั่งสามารถส่งสินค้าได้ทันที” รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ กล่าวทิ้งท้าย
