Why was Sabah Air allowed to operate illegally, asks ex-MP FMTNews
Sabah’s then chief minister Fuad Stephens and 10 others were killed after the GAF Nomad aircraft they were in crashed in Sembulan, Kota Kinabalu.
The former Penampang MP was commenting on the declassified report by Government Aircraft Factories , the Australian manufacturer of the ill-fated aircraft. “This crucial detail was not mentioned in the Malaysian report on the crash. Why? The federal government must explain. He also said the family should consider legal avenues to seek redress against the state government if the report by the Australians is substantiated.
