เหยื่อ รถไฟชนรถเมล์ รับเงินเยียวยา 1.6 ล้านบาท จากอุบัติเหตุสะเทือนขวัญ พร้อมตกลงเซ็นยกสิทธิให้น้องคนสุดท้องดูแล จากกรณีอุบัติเหตุสะเทือนขวัญ ขบวนรถไฟพุ่งชนรถเมล์สาย 206 บริเวณจุดตัดทางรถไฟ แยก อโศก-เพชร ถนนกำแพงเพชร 7 กรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อช่วงเวลาประมาณ 15.30 น.
วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นเหตุให้มีผู้เสียชีวิต 8 ศพ และบาดเจ็บอีกหลายราย ซึ่งหนึ่งในผู้เสียชีวิตคือ น. ส.
เทียม พวงยอด หรือ ป้าเทียม อายุ 57 ปี ชาวอำเภอปรางค์กู่ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ล่าสุด วันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569 ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ที่บ้านดอนกระต่าย ตำบลเสมอ อำเภอปรางค์กู่ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่จัดพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศล ป้าเทียม เหยื่อรถไฟมรณะ บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความโศกเศร้า ญาติพี่น้องของป้าเทียม ดำเนินการรับค่าสินไหมทดแทนจากบริษัทประกันภัย โดยมี นางอโนมา อินทรีย์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน คปภ.
จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ พร้อมด้วย น. ส. ลักษ์คณา ทองสุด นักวิชาการประกันภัย ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในการดำเนินการจ่ายเงินเยียวยาให้แก่ครอบครัวผู้เสียชีวิต สำหรับการจ่ายค่าสินไหมในครั้งนี้ บริษัท ทิพย์ประกันภัย จำกัด ได้จ่ายเงินในส่วนของ พ. ร.
บ.
รถโดยสาร เป็นจำนวน 500,000 บาท ขณะที่ บริษัท เมืองไทยประกันภัย จำกัด ได้จ่ายเงินในส่วนของประกันภัยภาคสมัครใจของรถบัสอีกจำนวน 1,150,000 บาท รวมเป็นเงินเยียวยาทั้งสิ้น 1,650,000 บาททั้งนี้ ระหว่างการดำเนินเอกสาร ญาติของป้าเทียมหลายคนต่างมีสีหน้าเศร้าสร้อย เนื่องจากยังทำใจไม่ได้กับการสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างกะทันหัน โดยครอบครัวของผู้เสียชีวิตมีพี่น้องทั้งหมด 6 คน รวมป้าเทียมด้วย ซึ่งหลังจากมีการพูดคุยกันภายในครอบครัว ทุกคนมีมติตรงกันในการลงนามยินยอมยกสิทธิ์การรับค่าสินไหมทั้งหมดให้แก่ น้องชายคนสุดท้อง เป็นผู้รับเงินเพียงผู้เดียว อย่างไรก็ตาม บรรยากาศภายในงานศพ ญาติหลายคนยังคงพูดถึง ป้าเทียมด้วยความอาลัย โดยเล่าว่า ผู้เสียชีวิตเป็นคนขยันทำมาหากิน อัธยาศัยดี และคอยช่วยเหลือญาติพี่น้องเสมอ การจากไปครั้งนี้จึงสร้างความเสียใจให้กับครอบครัวอย่างมาก.
